Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 pushed back one week in Australia

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 has been pushed back in Australia, delayed from its original February 28 launch to March 6. Citing a local spokesperson or Konami, CVG reports the setback is due to shipping delays. We’re not sure if the PC version will be available on Steam earlier, since it clearly won’t be affected the way physical goods are; we’ve contacted local distributors for more information. Lords of Shadow 2 is coming to PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It arrives in North America on Monday, and in Europe on February 28.

Australian gamers are getting shafted again. In other news, the sky is blue.

iN FAIRNESS, i HARDLY THINK THAT ANYONE IS SHAFTING YOU ON PURPOSE. Oh fuck, capitals. Also, see Giant Bomb’s view on whether or not Australian gamers get shafted or not.

They compared the Australian minimum wage to the price of a game in Australia, and then compared that ratio against the American equivalent. The results were interesting.

Oh, I’m not Australian, they just seem to get shafted in gaming a lot. Censorship, etc.
I made the same minimum wage vs. game price comparison in the forum months ago and nobody gave a shat. Something about taxes, blah blah, I don’t know. But yeah, the Australian minimum wage is huge compared to a lot of Western countries.
