How to Survive will shuffle onto Wii U in 2014

Zombie survival game How to Survive will finally arrive on Wii U next year, according to publisher 505 Games. It won’t feature online multiplayer on the console.

Instead it’ll include the local multiplayer already seen in the game on other systems: How to Survive is currently available on PC, Xbox 360, and PS3. Whether the Wii U port will utilise the Gamepad for its central crafting system and menus remains to be seen.

    Perfect, another late, gimped port.

Just what the Wii U needs! :)

It seems like a fun game, but by the time it comes out it will be about 50p on STEAM or free on PS Plus…

“Why don’t people buy it, derp derp?!”

Games like this could make great use of the pad too, what a shame.

To be fair, I’m willing to accept anything that 3rd parties throw at the console, it needs support and for better or worse a library of games is needed.

I’ll probably buy this if there’s some sort of local multiplayer.

I know what you mean, if Wii U is your only console, anything is better than nothing.

Still, many people own more than one machine, and will have prob already picked this up for cheap elsewhere.

Launch parity would help. I for one would have purchased many more titles on Wii U if they had launched alongside the 360 / PS3 versions.

How to Survive isn’t really worth your time.
