Disney's first Star Wars game is Tiny Tower with a Death Star spin

Tiny Death Star is the first Star Wars game released under the Disney banner, and it looks like a blast.

Developed by NimbleBit, the creator of the original Tiny Tower, this new spin is available now as a free-to-play app for iOS, Android, Windows Phone and Windows 8.

It plays much the same as the original. Players manage and expand their Death Star by adding residential and commercial floors, such as Rebo's Karaoke and Cloud City Spa, and populating them with "bitizens", including Ewoks and Wookies.

And remember to keep an eye out for cameos by classic characters, like Luke and Leia, Jabba the Hutt, Chewbacca and Han Solo. They've never looked so damn cute.
