SoulCalibur: Lost Swords’ PlayStation 3 beta test date announced

Wednesday, 6th November 2013 21:19 GMT By Ewan Miller

Namco Bandai’s free to play SoulCalibur: Lost Swords will have a four day ‘closed’ beta, starting a week from today. To get into the beta, all you’ll have to do is log onto the PlayStation Network and download the game’s four gigabyte client after the 14th and you’ll be able to mash it out with series stalwarts Siegfried, Mitsurugi and Sophitia. The game’s Quest and Creation modes will be available, alongside its microtransaction shop, where everything will be free of charge.

Above is the Tokyo Games Show trailer for the game, which features the three characters available in the Beta. It’s a weirdly active time for SoulCalibur lately, with SoulCalibur II HD Online releasing less than a week after this closed beta ends.

Lost Sword’s Beta is will run from November 14 to November 18 on the PlayStation 3.

Thanks, All Games Beta.
