Here’s 7 minutes of South Park: The Stick of Truth gameplay to possibly salve the wound

If you’re bummed about the delay of Obsidian’s new South Park RPG to March, you aren’t alone. In an attempt to smooth things over, Ubisoft has blasted out a new gameplay video that might give you some hope that it’ll be worth the wait.

Not sure if i like this.

    Music wasn’t great.. Nothing remember-able.
    Animation looked dull.
Wasn’t very funny.. nothing new i haven’t seen from the show..
There was no challenge in the battle system.
Looks like something i can play on my Ipad.

^^ What video were you watching?

It’s almost exactly like the show, except it’s a JRPG. How could it possibly get any better than that? :P

I really want this but I’m not getting it until AT LEAST the first patch.

Obsidian are just about the industry’s worst for polished releases.

@4 not disagreeing about Obsidian but curious what your basing that on?

Virtually every release they’ve had so far.

@6 ok, just hope you don’t include fallout new vegas in that list since it’s known it wasn’t them that released it in that state. I think that’s the only game I have which is made by them, not 100% sure. Sad to hear whatever other games they made were buggy too.

Wont have steam achievements so I wont be buying it.

I never buy Ubisoft games because of this reason.

That was mindblowingly awesome. Then again I’m a fan of show and this IS like the show with additional button prompts. Can’t wait.
