Pixelbionic's Jaffe-fueled car fighter Motorgun begins Kickstarter campaign

God of War and Twisted Metal creator David Jaffe has been working for a few months as a creative adviser on indie studio Pixelbionic's upcoming vehicular combat simulator Motorgun -- formerly Autoduel -- and as promised the title has launched its Kickstarter campaign today. Aiming for $650,000, the game has picked up a bit over $23,000 in pledges in the few hours it's been up, which is not bad.

Motorgun, which will launch on PC and Mac, aims to be a more realistic game in which large projectile weapons are mounted on cars and then used to shoot at other similarly equipped cars, which sounds great. It's also team-based. Note that the required donation for an eventual, probable copy of the game is $20, which is cool. You've got thirty days to participate.
