Iwata promises even more Wii U & 3DS third-party titles

Thursday, 13th June 2013 13:08 GMT By Dave Cook

Nintendo president Satoru Iwata has confirmed to analysts that the company will announce more third-party games moving forward, following an E3 trailer that gave a glimpse of just some of the Wii U and 3DS games coming from external studios.

If you missed the third-party trailer, you can watch it again here.

As part of an E3 analyst meeting, Iwata said, “We hope to revitalize the platform with our strong first-party lineup, and then an enriched third-party software lineup will follow.

“It is not my position to mention which titles each third-party developer will release in the future. However, more unannounced titles will come.”

It’s a scant quote I know, but Iwata mentioned that more third-party games would come, after showing analysts the E3 trailer linked above. So the question is, what are the other third party games heading to Wii U and 3DS?

Speculate below.

The fact that he even has to say this speaks worlds about the Wii U’s current position.

When he first said that some Time ago I was fine with that Promise. But he says that over and over again, and my WiiU gets no Games. Stop Promising Stuff and deliver, its getting Silly.
