GOG adds ten Mac games including Syndicate Wars

Monday, 13th May 2013 01:05 GMT By Brenna Hillier

Good news for the OS-X contingent today with another round of thriftily-priced classic games added to GOG’s Mac collection.

The cross-platform digital distribution service added ten titles in all, with a wide variety of genres represented:

  • Syndicate Wars
  • Rise of the Triad: Dark War
  • Blade Stone: Planet Strike
  • Strike Commander
  • Slipstream 5000
  • Darklands
  • Litil Divil.
  • Evil Genius
  • Guilty Gear X2 #Reload
  • Guilty Gear Isuka

Check out the announcement for full pricing and bonus content details.

GOG actually has a surprisingly robust collection of OS-X titles and thanks to the generally low system requirements of older games you can run quite a lot of them on your dodgy office-supplied MacBook. Er’ryday Theme Hospital.

Thanks, Joystiq.

I’m still waiting for the official Linux support. It’s a no-brainer, considering half of their catalog runs in DOSBox and most of the rest are indie titles with Linux support.
