Twitch Turbo is a brand new subscription tier from the web-casting service. It’ll run you $9 a month and removes adverts from casts, among other things.

Subscribers will also receive priority customer support, and extra social functions, such as bonus emotions and font colours. There’s even a digital badge that highlights you as a member, if you’d like to show off about it.

Twitch Turbo registrations begin today. The company has said that the new tier is “just the beginning” of its attempts at world domination.

this something you would opt into? Let us know below.

I dont see the difference between this and the package from the main site Justin.

I cant blame them, with all the folks and sheep needing a new home from Own3d. Justin/Twitch probably thinking “time to reel em in” Moreso, it appears most viewers/followers of certain streamers have deep pockets, hence this new scheme. I mean look at chat activity on some channels when they enable only subscriber status. I’m speechless.

Then again as a nonregular on that site, when you say subscription to remove ads, I’d say I dont know what you mean.
