Planetside 2 trailer boasts of “all-out ass kicking war”

Planetside 2 is very likely the only shooter of its class, in terms of scale, ambition, and technical prowess. Sony Online Entertainment doesn’t mind reminding you of this, either; the following trailer asks whether your favourite FPS can match it.

Planetside 2 launched a week ago today, and seems to be going great guns. the free-to-play MMO has players battling for control of entire continents, using a variety of vehicles and firepower, in a never-ending, persistent war.
