Android users don’t seem to like to pay upfront it seems, also piracy is rampant. I’m guessing they will make more money releasing it for free and putting ads in.

Lets be honest, do you really need a review roundup for a game that costs 69p – £2?
People who like Angry Birds and / or Star Wars are gonna buy this regardless, for the low pricepoint they are at it’s not much of a loss if it is crap.

Not that I dont like Angry Birds but go play Bad Piggies (game from same developer). Fair more clever and fun.

I have played some angry birds and other “free” games on my girlfriend’s android phone, and I didn’t notice any ad. Maybe you see them only when you are online…

Yer, you need to have wireless or data turned on or it cant steam the ads.

I bet there is an app for rooted phones like ad-block or something. Anyhow, seeing there is a way to get away from ads, +1 for Android -1 for Apple.
P.S. Don’t have neither an android or an apple device, just a personal opinion.

You need to root your Android phone to block ads, but you can block ads on a jailbroken iPhone as well, so neither is better than the other.

@9 I didn’t mean that it’s a +1 for a rooted phone, just for the fact that you can skip ads just by not being online, the same can be done with the iphone I guess, but still you get some games for free.
