Media Molecule working on “early stage” of second project
Tearaway remains the main focus, but the developer is currently making progress on an unannounced project.
“We’re working on a second project right now, and that’s very much in an R&D phase,” confirmed Media Molecule’s Mark Healy in an interview with Eurogamer.
“The focus is Tearaway, but Media Molecule is a lot more than 15 people,” added co-founder Alex Evans.
“We call it in a holding pattern,” he continued, “because the focus is on Tearaway. I’m not saying that from a press angle – our focus is on Tearaway and making it awesome. The other project is very much in an early stage and is a toy. You don’t need to worry about it.”
Media Molecule announced Tearaway for Vita at gamescom 2012. The debut trailer can be seen below:

Sure, Tearaway was a nice surprise, I hope the new project it’s a 3D world Little Big Planet.
