Game of Thrones to spawn Facebook game

Popular HBO series Game of Thrones will be spun out into a Facebook game.

The social title’s going to be called Game of Thrones Ascent and is being developed by Disruptor Beam, which is a social gaming company run by former GamerDNA CEO Jon Radoff.

The game will enable players to “lead the life of a noble during the time of upheaval as portrayed in the books and the series thus experiencing a new type of game that unites both story and strategy”.

No other information apart from the fact that it’s in development is available at the moment.
