Report: New LEGO sets confirm LEGO Lord of the Rings game

MCV‘s reporting the new LEGO Lord of the Rings set features confirmation that a tie-in game is on the way. Blurry images taken of review sets show logos for both Warner and developer Travellers Tales. TT’s main efforts as late has been the LEGO games, including Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars and Batman. A sequel for the latter arrives this summer.

THAT IS AWESOME NEWS…
I’ve dreamed of this game since Lego Star Wars 2. Even wrote to TT years ago to ask for it (I actually did… Lego Harry Potter in the same letter.) Now I will have both. They just needed to be made, I’m glad TT agreed.

Psychonauts 2 and Jade Empire 2 …you’re next. ;-)

LEGO Lord of the Rings. I see a new collection in my future sitting next to my breyer horses. Squeee, etc. Oh yeah, and the game too. Huzzah!
