Union Jack Xbox 360 coming May 25
Microsoft’s announced a Union Jack-branded Xbox 360 Kinect bundle will launch at the end of this month in – where else – the UK.
The bundle will feature a Union Jack-branded 4Gb console, branded controller and a Union Jack-themed Kinect camera.
The pack will also come with two games: Kinect Adventures and Kinect Sports. Three months of Xbox Live gold will also be included.
The whole shebang comes out for £249.99 on May 25.

@8, I’m going to guess someone had the bright idea of doing a Union Jack edition, had one mocked up, realised it looked cheesy as fuck, but rather than just fuck the idea right out the window they decided “everything looks cooled distressed” so they dragged it round the block behind their car a couple of times.

Don’t like it too much but it’s not the worst idea and may tie with Olympic fervour (assuming there is any) enough to generate a few extra sales.
