MW3 Xbox Live Avatar sales to benefit Call of Duty Endowment

Activision has announced proceeds from the sale of all Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 avatars on Xbox Live between now and December 16 will be donated to the Call of Duty Endowment. There are over 30 items for MW3 available, and two additional avatars, the American Special Forces and Special Ops Juggernaut have been added for the incentive. Go have a look through here. It’s for a good cause. Shots of my Avatar in the newest gear are posted below.

What IS the cause? What is the Call of Duty Endowment?

Good move by Activision, nonetheless. I’m wondering how much money could be raised for good causes if the XBL Avatar Marketplaced was used like that more often.

@1 It supports American servicemen and women, by providing job placement and training services for veterans. Sorry, I figured everyone on here knew this by now already.

@3 well I won’t fault you for that. I am as well. Comes with old age (at least on my part) ;)
