If you happen to glance at the Steam Game Stat tracker, you’ll notice that as of this post, 223,174 people are playing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim at the moment. From this, we can pretty much deduce that the game has at least sold close to 250,000 copies on PC already. In second is Modern Warfare 3’s multiplayer, with 68,397, down from 78,161 earlier today. Skyrim is now a course you can take at Rice University in Houston, Texas – sort of. The one-time course titled: “Scandanavian Fantasy World: Old Norse Sagas and Skyrim” is being offered by the Department of English, and enrollment is limited.
Bethesda has said it hasn’t started on the next round of content for Skyrim yet, because it hasn’t decided what it will include just yet.
