A new piece of free Gears of War 3 DLC, the Versus Booster Map Pack, will launch on November 25. The pack will contain Gears 1 classics Swamp and Clocktower, as well as Azura, Rustlung and Blood Drive from the Horde Command Pack, which released yesterday for 800 MS points. The release of Horde Command and Versus Booster packs this month will come as part of a trilogy of DLC releases for the game before the end of the year, the final being campaign content RAAM’s Shadow on December 13 for 1200 MS points.

i don´t get this news. so even more maps than in the paid horde command dlc AND for free??? i bought the seasons pass and if this is true it´s good news in general but it would piss me of as a seasons pass buyer…but there must be something completely wrong with this news in general, because the seasons pass includes 4 dlc packs not just 3. confused…

I’m a Season Pass buyer and I ain’t even mad. I got what the Horde Command Pack promised me (3 characters, 2 skins new fortifications and 3 maps for HORDE), the Versus Booster Map pack gives out those 3 maps ONLY for public Versus, not horde or beast. Plus 2 new maps. So i’m cool with it, I do not feel ripped-off.
