WH40K: Dark Millennium aiming for March 2013 launch

By Andrew Groen, Wednesday, 12 October 2011 20:34 GMT

After what seems like years of silence, THQ has finally offered a small bit of concrete information on the long-awaited MMORPG. Be warned, it’s not coming soon.

On THQ’s Dark Millenium website it was announced that the team is aiming for a March 13, 2013 release date.

This is the third THQ game to get a 2013 release date alongside Volition-Del Toro horror inSane and the Homefront sequel currently in development at Crytek for FY2014 (April 2013-March 2014). Perhaps they’re holding the game in development for a few years hoping World of Warcraft will continue to bleed subscribers.

Hopefully, this move to announce the prospective release date is a sign that THQ is ready to start talking about the game. We’re desperately hoping for some news about Dark Millenium to come out. We want to be excited for it, but at this point we’re still not even sure what it is.

Thanks, Massively.
