Capcom has confirmed to Kotaku Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is a shoe-in for a late 2011 release, but instead “definitely locked in,” for a winter release. Winter, for the seasonally challenged, starts December 22, 2011 and ends on March 19, 2012 – meaning to expect it sometime before the Vernal Equinox, but not before the Winter Solstice.
