Deathsmiles coming to iPhone July 7
The madcap Japanese arcade shooter turned Xbox 360 game will be coming to the App Store very soon according to developer Cave. They’ll also be offering a prerelease sneak peak at the new iPhone content.

Hardcore fans of Japanese shooters will rejoice to learn that Deathsmiles – previously only released in Japanese arcades and as a rare Xbox 360 game – will be coming to the iPhone in just over a week.
July 7 is the new release date for this over-the-top horizontal shooter from developer Cave.
Cave will also be holding a 30-minute Ustream event where they will be unveiling the iPhone version and showing off some of the new content available in the iPhone edition.
The event will be translated into English as well.
The pricing structure for the game was also released. During the first four days Deathsmiles will cost £2.99/$4.99 afterward it will revert to £5.49/$8.99.

All Cave games are absolutely awesome and work great on the touch devices. I play them upscaled on iPad since day1. The graphics are pixelated but the bigger screen makes up for that.
