PSPgo Australian price cut, Qriocity due Thursday
Sony Australia has announced a price drop for the PSPgo, with the UMD-free handheld now coming in at $189.95.

The price change comes into effect today.
To compliment the price drop, Sony highlighted the PSP Essentials and Platinum ranges, which are priced at $14.95 and $29.95 respectively. LocoRoco 2 and God of War: Ghost of Sparta were mentioned as examples.
Sony also used the occasion to announce the impending launch of Qriocity, the cloud based music service, on April 14. Qriocity is one of a very small number of music-on-demand services available in Australia, as licensing issues frequently prove more hassle than profit.

Hmm, cool, but I’m getting the Xperia Play soon, my only hope is that PSP games eventually come to PlayStation certified devices, should do when PS Suite is released, even cooler if we could get PS2 games.
If this was it’s release price, it may not have flopped so hard. Remember that this comes with 10 free games for non Americans.
