Catherine demo returns to PlayStation Network

The “limited quantity” demo for Atlus’s much-discussed Catherine is back up on the PlayStation Network. Grab it quick before it disappears again.

According to Andriasang, Atlus has re-posted the sampler in celebration of the game’s launch today.

Once again, you’ll only have a limited time to set up a Japanese account and snaffle it, only this time, Atlus have made the deadline explicit – midnight on the eve of February 20, presumably Tokyo time.

Many lagging gamers were disappointed when the PlayStation 3 demo of the game was pulled before they got around to grabbing it, as a near-unprecdented level of international interest in the nightmare-sim chewed through the available downloads.

Catherine hit Japanese PS3s and Xbox 360s today, with no international dating set. Yet.

I would download it, but I hate not being unable to not understand what is going on.

Think I could learn Japanese before the 20th?

@2: Just leave it, they don’t care.
