New Kirby game heading to Wii, clip already out in the open

kirbya2

Nintendo’s announced a new Kirby game.

The news was confirmed at an investor’s meeting held by the company yesterday

The game is currently in development at HAL Laboratories once again.

This’ll be the second Kirby title for the platform following the release of Kirby’s Epic Yarn last year in Japan and the US. It’ll release in Europe on February 25.

There’s a brief 35 second clip on an IR page on the Nintendo Japan website here.

Thanks, TheDutchSlayer.

Looks like a much more “traditional” Kirby than Epic Yarn was. Which is a bit weird, wasn’t Epic Yarn the best-received Kirby game in years?

I’m still cross at them for buggering Europe about. So much so that I’m not going to buy it until the price drops now. Take that, NOE! Thwack!
