Catherine demo on the way, says Atlus

Atlus has said it’ll release a demo for upcoming romance thriller Catherine.

Director Katsura Hashino confirmed the news in a blog post.

He said gamers are “excited” for Catherine, being developed by the Persona team at Atlus.

There was no specific mention of what’s to be included in the demo, although the developer was more forthcoming about a date; he said it’ll probably be before the game’s February 17 release in Japan for PS3 and 360.

The surreal adventure features adult themes, including sex.
