Ubisoft not “communicating” platforms for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier

Ubisoft’s told VG247 it’s currently not confirming platforms for the just-announced Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
It is coming to Xbox 360, but the firm wouldn’t confirm any other platforms for the shooter.
“We aren’t communicating the formats just yet,” a Ubi rep told us.
“You will have to wait for further announcements in the coming months.”
Not a lot of information was given out by the reveal this morning. We’re still waiting for the teaser trailer on Xbox Live in fact.
The previous two Ghost Recon titles this gen, Advanced Warfighter, were released on 360, with the second making it to PS3 and PC.
The shooter is out this Holiday season.

Bla bla fucking bla Ubi. Of course the 360 and PS3 will see this game. Just show some screens or a trailer, this is really nothing at all. And personally i would have liked a new Rainbow Six over Ghost Recon but ah well…

“Microsoft have given us a big bag of money”, a Ubi rep didn’t say, “therefore we won’t be saying anything non-Microsofty until we’ve spent it all on cheap plonk and ladies of the night.”

“we haven’t got enough cash to actually develop anything beyond a logo. As soon as a venerable partner/flunky gives us some cash, we’ll hire some people and be right on the slght tweaking to an old game that is necessary”

GRIN handled both GRAW games on the PC, right? I guess it’ll come down to whether they’ve found someone to fill their shoes.

Why bother though? They PC version’s of GRAW were totally different, and shit. It’s like they were trying to emulate the original GR games without actually knowing why they were good. The console versions were much better.
