Report: Arkham Asylum has sold close to 2 million units since launch

Buried in a piece on Warner Bros.’ formation of DC Entertainment, the LA Times has thrown in figures for Batman: Arkham Asylum.

According to the report, the game – which was released on August 25 – has already moved “nearly two million units in less than a month” and calling it a “major hit”.

Technically, the game has been out – as of today – two weeks and two days. That’s about a million per week.

Not too shabby. the NPD figures are released today, so we may get an actual number for it later in the day.

I like the game but the way Batman runs is a bit funny.

lol. You would probably run funny too if you had to wear a supertight batsuit.

Batman’s too cool to run. Always make him walk, whenever possible.

It’s because of where he keeps the batarangs.

Not comfortable.

Yes Blerk, you must! Well deserved sales, if you ask me – the game rocks :)

great game, no question, even great if you are not into superhero graphic novels…i also think the length of the game was just right because it has a good story to tell in that time…but i finished it in a couple of days..maybe 10 hours? i´m not the type of gamer who is going back for riddles and challenge modes for long…it´s an awesome game but rental would make sense as well if you are not a diehard batman fan…
