Velvet Assassin goes gold, new game shots released

velvetassassina2SouthPeak has announced that Velvet Assassin has gone gold.

To get more interest piqued, the publisher sent off a few new shots of the game to Shacknews.

Looks decent enough. See for yourself.

Should be in stores by April 30 for PC and Xbox 360.

Finally. I seem to be the only person thats been looking forward to this since I first saw some screenshots. The entire pastel, hyper-colour scheme just looks fantastic.

Fingers crossed for a half decent PC version.

I like the look of this too (actually, aside from Dead Space and Resident Evil conflicts, me and you have a very similar taste in games) but I’m not keen on the name of the game, seems a little… sissy. I know you play as a woman but Velvet Assassin sounds a little fruity to me.

visually it looks pretty cool, hope the gameplay will be decent.

Looks like Splinter Cell with a nice ass in a nightie. Not a bad thing :)
