New Star Ocean: The Last Hope shots are pretty
Square’s released some new Star Ocean: The Last Hope screens, decent versions of which can be found on Scrawl.
The JRPG’s out in the US on March 3, with a Japanese version preceding it on February 19.

The world needs more space RPGs. I love space-based adventuring!

Forget space RPGs, we need more RPGs period. It’s a welcome change from the normal Xbox experience. I love my shooters and racing sims, but I’m always open to alternative gaming experiences, and RPGs (especially JRPGs) are a breath of fresh air.
Star Ocean looks like it’s going to be fun. Never played the other ones. Hopefully it will have an epic feel to it. I’m excited for both this and the new Final Fantasy game. I believe they come out around the same time, so I’m not sure which one I should get.

There’s no chance at all of Final Fantasy making it out anywhere near Star Ocean. The choice has been made for you.
