Jaffe: God of War movie may be “shit,” probably won’t be
David Jaffe’s responded to new that Brett Ratner’s going to be directing the God of War movie in video form, as is his wont. Basically, he’s good with it.
“Hey look: I don’t know how the movie’s going to turn out. It could be shit,” he said. “I don’t think it’s going to be shit when you do look at the pedigree of the people.”
So there we are. After the break. Watch it. He has a one-sided conversation with a Kotaku comment-poster called “JollyDwarf”. More developers should do what David does, frankly.

I think hes just trying to delude himself into believing the director is up to the task.
Come on you admit xmen 1 and 2 are the better films yet you say 3 is more entertaining. 3 was the worst and least entertaining of them all.
This movie will be crap Jaffe probably knows it will be as well. Its his creation though so he can’t 100% not back it.

Silent Hill movie was quite good actually.
Anyway fingers Crossed , hopefully they will change their minds and hire another director.
