Guitar Hero “On Tour” trademarked

Activision’s reservered the trademark “Guitar Hero On Tour”, says this, which GoNintendo and wiiz are claiming is the title for the upcoming DS version of the srupidly popular rhythm action game. Activision’s made no confirmation as yet.
