StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void prologue campaign now free for all

If you've been waiting to try out the new prologue campaign for StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void, you can do so now at no charge.

Blizzard has announced that it's making StarCraft 2: Whispers of Oblivion, the three-mission campaign that bridges the gap between Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void expansions, is available now for all to play.

The free download can be initiated from the Battle.net desktop app by selecting StarCraft 2 and installing the starter pack.

In addition, Artanis will be coming to Heroes of the Storm October 27. If you per-purchase Legacy of the Void, you'll receive Artanis as early as October 20.

Legacy of the Void is the final expansion to StarCraft 2 and it's out November 10.
