Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2 has been chosen as Starbucks' Pick of the Week, meaning you can drop into your local coffee joint (where local means "in the US and Canada") and grab a promo card to score a free copy of the iOS version. The promotion kicked off on November 2 and runs through November 27, according to the Sega Blog, but the code is redeemable through February 12.
