Paradox Interactive is already predicting massive revenue growth in 2011, thanks in part to the sales of a certain game called Magicka.

In an interview at Gamasutra, the publisher’s CEO Fredrik Wester said “We got a flying start with Magicka this year. That was really great, and kind of elevated us into the next level.”

Paradox predicted that 2011 will see revenues grow 65 to 70 percent over 2010. 2010 had already registered 50 percent growth in the company compared to 2009.

Wester said that the company’s employees stay in touch with its fans and customers. Wester publishes his own email address in the company’s official message board forums and instructs his company’s employees to read the forums daily.

“At least they should read it and see what people like, so that we can feel the general perception of how our games are seen in the marketplace and what our games are doing to the gamers,” he said.

Magicka’s first downloadable expansion pack, Magicka Vietnam, is due out next week.
