Neil Patrick Harris to host VGAs

Spike's announced actor Neil Patrick Harris will host this weekend's Video Game Awards.

The actor is most known for playing the role Barney in How I Met Your Mother.

This WSJ reports also states there will be 13 premieres at the show, three more then organiser Geoff Keighley had previously said.

Keighley tweeted a while ago that Thor: God of Thunder would be revealed at the show by the actor of the character in the upcoming movie, Chris Hemsworth.

The VGAs take place this Saturday. It's going to be legen, wait for it...
