Surgeon Simulator 2013 has been updated with two new missions set in space. Shack News reports there are 18 new achievements to collect and a kidney and and brain to operate on. According to Eurogamer, the update adds some sort of ARG, too. Previously to the update there had already been a hidden space mission offered as a reward for those who collected all the floppy disks. The amusing sim is available on Linux, Mac and PC on Steam for $10.

Surgeon Simulator 2013′s Team Fortress 2 DLC was said to contain some kind of Korean Half-Life 3 ARG tease a while ago. I recently asked developer Bossa Studios for some clarity and it turns out the whole thing was bollocks.

Wanna-be surgeons should head over to Steam and try their hand at Surgeon Simulator 2013. At present, the game is 30% off until April 22, so until then you can grab it for $6.99 instead of $9.99. Looking over the video for it, it appears to be a game in which you can torture patients at will – all in hilariously, diabolical ways of course. Since landing on Steam Greenlight, the game has been given more environments, and new operations. Check it out through the link and watch the video below.

Valve has announced the fifth set of games and software titles to be released through Steam Greenlight. Software Black Ink and Driver Fusion are now available as are the games: Anodyne, Distance, Evoland, Huntsman:The Orphanage, Kingdom Rush, Legends of Dawn, Organ Trail: Director’s Cut, Receiver, Surgeon Simulator 2013, and War Thunder.
