Namco tops Japanese publisher list for first half of fiscal 2012
Famitsu has reported publisher sales data for the first half of the 2012 fiscal year, and for the period of March 28 through September 25, 2011, Namco Bandai ousted former number one Nintendo as the top publisher in Japan. T

Time Travelers trailer gets out from Level 5 Vision
Level 5 aired a brand new trailer for Time Travelers over the weekend at the company’s Vision event in Japan, showing the first real glimpse at the game since it was first introduced at the same event last year. It’s out on Vita, 3DS and PSP next year in Japan, with no western localisation plans as yet announced.

Time Travellers gets new shots, character art ahead of L5 Vision
Famitsu’s posted some pretty hot-looking screens of Level 5′s Time Travellers ahead of the company’s Vision event happening in Japan this weekend. Get them below the break. The game was announced for 3DS at last year’s Vision event, but was confirmed earlier this week it’ll come to Vita and PSP as well next year.

Level 5 to stream press confernece at L5 Vision
Level 5′s announced it’s to stream its press conference at Level 5 Vision in a couple of weeks time. The event is open to the public for a majority of the time, but the press conference is open only to press or by invite. The conference will be streamed on UStream on October 15. Level 5 Vision will feature the company’s new title and upcoming titles, but the main focus will be Professor Layton vs Ace Attorney and Time Travellers, both for 3DS, as well as Ni No Kuni for PS3.

Ni no Kuni PS3 Japanese release to include digital version of spell book
The PS3 version of Ni no Kuni in Japan won’t have the physical spell book that came with the DS version last year. Instead, as mentioned in the form of two information videos for the game, the book will actually come in digital form in-game instead for Triple owners. The PS3 version of the Level 5-Studio Ghibli collaboration releases in Japan next month.

Level-5 has released the TGS trailer for Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright. It’s posted below. The game hasn’t been announced for release outside of Japan just yet, but we’re keeping our fingers crossed information pertaining to the possibility will be provided during Level 5 World Event in Tokyo on October 15-16. Game’s out in 2012 on 3DS in Japan.
