inSANE back in development at new studio – report
inSANE, the action-horror title from Guillermo del Toro, is back in development at a new studio according to a Bloody Disgusting report. Formerly in the works with Volition, THQ cancelled the game in August. According to del Toro, the first studio he shopped the game to gave it the greenlight. The studio in question has not been announced, although del Toro has previously voiced his affection for Valve, and the first entry in the game isn’t slated to hit retail until 2015 at the earliest. Rumour – Volition working on at least one unannounced title
Saints Row developer Volition has gone under the microscope today, and appears to be working on a new Saints Row, the inSane trilogy, a downloadable title, next-generation hardware – and to have once made a push for a Daredevil game.

Bilson hints at new inSane stuff for VGAs
Danny Bilson, THQ core games boss, has just hinted that at new inSane stuff for the Video Game Awards at the end of the year. He made the remark in an interview with GameTrailers’ Geoff Keighley, leading into MS’s E3 press conference. inSane, a horror collaboration between Volition and director Guilliemero Del Toro, was announced at last year’s VGAs.

THQ Q3: Saints Row 3 coming “fall,” 40K MMO FY2013
THQ has confirmed a fall 2011 release for Saints Row 3 in its Q3 figures call, as well as pegging Darksiders 2, Vigil’s 40K MMO Dark Millennium Online and Devil’s Third for FY2013.
