I don’t know if you’ve noticed but it’s suddenly got very Sony and indie-centric in these parts; the platform holder made multiple announces today, accompanying a GDC showcase of 25 upcoming PS4, PS3, PlayStation Mobile and Vita releases.

Capcom to developers: “Whore yourself and you’ll get buried”

Speaking to GI, Capcom USA biz dev boss Adam Boyes has issued a stark warning to developers tempted to bend original pitches to get a deal.

“Don’t bow down and say ‘yes master, whatever you want.’ Look to all the big guys out there – BioWare, Insomniac, all these huge developers – they didn’t get there by doing any old project that came their way,” he said.

“They chose their battles, they chose their projects and they stuck with them. Whore yourself and you’ll get buried.”

Words of sense, there. Don’t sell your ass down the river, developer types. You’ll just end up like a dead prostitute in a shallow grave. Taxi?
