EA used their Gamescom conference to reveal how FIFA 15′s Ultimate Team mode has been updated. This time around you can sign players on loan, and test them out in friendly seasons against your friends.
You’ll be able to browse the FIFA Football Club Catalogue and bring players in on a temporary basis to complement your first team, giving you more options to get that crucial victory. No details were given on how exactly this will work, and how long you can keep players on loan, but the idea is to ‘try before you buy.’
There’ll also be more chances to practice and hone your team with the ability to play 1v1 friendly seasons, with all your stats tracked so you can keep an eye on what’s working.
Other additions to FIFA 15 include a Match Day Hub that lets you keep abreast of all the latest football news, a new Team Management system with custom team sheets and player instructions, and over 200 new scanned player faces.
Goalkeepers have also been completely revamped for FIFA 15, featuring 50 new save animations, improved AI, and new realistic player models.
