Harvest Moon: Tsunagaru Shin Tenchi and PS4 top Media Create charts

Harvest Moon: Tsunagaru Shin Tenchi debuted in the top spot on the Media Create charts for during the February 24 – March 2 period. On the hardware end, PlayStation 4 remained tops with an additional 65,685 units moved, bring its total to 309,154.

Knack, which was last week’s number one thanks to the debut of PS4, came in second on the chart, moving 66,772 units; however, 65,685 of those were part of the PS4 Starter Pack.

Other game debuts for the week included Kaseki Horider in third place on 3DS, and Deception 4: Blood Ties in seventh and ninth place on PS3 and Vita, respectively.

    Expected numbers all around. PS4 drop is quite natural (about the same as Vita drop). However stock problems seem to be a part too, since PS4 has a sell-through of 80-100% (almost sold out everywhere). Its baseline would easily be less than Vita in Japan. But it will cross Wii U numbers. Japan is handheld market (mobiles are handhelds too), and nothing will change that.

    3DS & PS Vita are rising thanks to new titles such as Harvest Moon, Mugen Gear & Deception IV: Blood Ties + Valhalla Knights Gold.

    PS3 is on the up and PSP is slowly fading. PS4 has fulfilled its first shipment which was 370K? Now their next shipment should be incoming until then its going to drop until MGS GZ comes.

    Wii U just as predicted is dropping because of the drought until MK8. 360 is….
