Thursday, 6th February 2014 15:00 GMT By Matt Martin

Rebellion’s Tim Jones takes us to North Africa for these pre-beta videos of the WWII sniper-sim.

Sniper Elite 3 continues to improve on the WII sniper franchise, adding an XP levelling system that rewards players with weapon customisation and new loadouts, improved stealth, co-op, multiplayer online play and close-quarter takedowns.

But let’s be honest, you’re here for the signature killcams. Let Rebellion’s head of creative Tim Jones steady your aim with the three videos below.

Game looks gorgeous and I’m glad its set in WW2 which is my favourite but some reason I can’t get over the third person gameplay – the fact of being able to see around corners and behind walls just bothers me about third person games.

I like that they improved Stealth mechanics and made world more open. So less LINEAR shit – thank you.
But I also hope that they improved it’s shitty storyline where you kill nazi’s and Red Army’s soviet army for no reason other then you are an American soldier-agent. ‘Murica f yeah!1
