Xbox One playable at GAME UK stores weeks before launch, get your local dates here

Xbox One will appear at many GAME stores across Britain weeks before Microsoft’s console goes on sale. The company has sent us details of store lock-ins happening throughout the country starting October 14.

GAME confirmed that Xbox One would be playable at 63 of its UK stores, and will offer gamers the chance to play Forza, Dead Rising 3, Ryse: Son of Rome and Killer Instinct. The events are for over-18s only, sorry kids.

    Some poor Microsoft PR saps are going to have to spend a month driving round GAMEs in the rainy and dark uk autumn avoiding parking tickets and answering the same dumbass questions over and over.

    This isn’t even part of M$ XB1 World Tour. This is great news though. When is Sony going to have their PS4 World Tour. When is GAME UK stores going to have the PS4 and playable games? They should have some idea when the Kiosk units will be coming it. I’m surprised Sony isn’t already shipping this stuff to retailers.
