Rain footage shows a stealthy puzzle platformer

Finally, a chance to see SCE Japan's Rain in action, showing off the unusual platformer's stealth mechanics.

See, the thing is, the boy in Rain is invisible; you can only see him because the rain traces his outline. So if you stand under cover, he vanishes. I would prefer some sort of firearm but whatever it takes to avoid those things.

According to the PlayStation Blog, Rain hails from the PlayStation C.A.M.P. team - they also brought us Tokyo Jungle and Echochrome. We're expecting it on PlayStation 3 this year, although Sony's being very vague about release dates and platforms.
