Soul Sacrifice to get free DLC bosses & paid episodes after launch

Tuesday, 26th February 2013 13:01 GMT By Dave Cook

Soul Sacrifice will be getting a lot post-launch DLC, Sony has confirmed. How does over ten free DLC boss battles sound?

Siliconera reports that Soul Sacrifice will receive the boss encounters at no extra charge, but that Sony will roll out paid story episodes after the game’s Japanese launch on March 7th.

Soul Sacrifice will hit North America on April 30th and Europe from May 1st.

Meanwhile, why not check out the game’s latest, action-heavy trailer?

Thanks AGB.

A good step. Used game market is (apparently) very big in Japan, and things like Online pass don’t work. So this is a good step to prevent that.

so what you really say is that you will release half the game. then give away useless leftover scab bosses, and make people pay for the rest of the missing game… great…. NOT!… YOU IDIOTS HAVE RUIN YET ANOTHER GAME, WHAT THE HELL WHERE YOU THINKING??? THIS IS NOT WHAT THE VITA NEED NOW!

Great scores for SS and Tales R nonetheless. Hopefully the deluge of great vita games on the horizon (in japan) along with price cut do wonders to vita sales just like they did for 3ds.

I would like to see more PS Vita games getting supported via DLC.
@2 so the vita doesn’t need games getting supported after launch via DLC? Whether or not if the DLC was made before/after or was cut out no-one is forced to buy anything. DLC also shows the developers/publisher support for the game.
