The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct Wii U skips Oz

Activision has told Vooks that the Wii U version of The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct will not be released in Australia. The publisher cited low demand for the Nintendo SKU of the Terminal Reality effort, as it did when skipping over 007 Legends at the console's launch last year. Retailers have already removed references to the release from websites, and the cancellation has raised questions regarding the Wii U's performance in Australia, already a small market. The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct is due to launch on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 in March, with other territories receiving a Wii U version simultaneously.
