Namco Bandai has announced that its Tales franchise, a long-running series of RPGs, has shipped over 15 million units. The franchise launched in 1995 with Tales of Phantasia on SNES, and its most recent entry is Tales of Xillia 2, which Gematsu reports has moved 480,000 units since releasing in Japan on November 1. Good job, but I do think the numbers could be higher if the stock wasn’t so limited on every release in EU/UK… Very fortunate Tales of Vesperia was both released digitally and re-released to print, but Tales of Synphonia: DotNW has been a Nightmare to get a hold of, with so many site stating it is in stock when it isn’t… but then there’s always eBay.

Stock has improved on recent releases so kudos there!
