Jurassic Park Xbox 360 Euro retail release shelved

Tuesday, 31st January 2012 23:34 GMT By Brenna Hillier

Kalypso has cancelled plans to bring the Xbox 360 version of Telltale’s Jurassic Park: The Game to store shelves.

“Currently we won’t be publishing this on 360 – just on PC. No one else is bringing the game to retail,” Kalypso’s PR head Mark Allen told MCV.

The boxed PC version will arrive as expected on February 24.

The game is available on Xbox Live, alongside iDevice, PC and PlayStation Network versions, and received full retail release on Xbox 360 in the US.

Thanks, CVG.

Kalypso are a second rate publisher IMO.

How do you get away with negotiating the rights to distribute the game at retail, and then don’t do it!?

I can’t imagine telltale are too pleased.

I imagine Telltale are pleased as hell considering their shat out cheap cash in non-game actually sold some copies in the first place.
