Jurassic Park to be released on disc for Xbox 360 this fall

Yesterday, Telltale announced it had signed a deal with Microsoft to publish Xbox 360 games, leading folks to believe disc-based games could be part of the firm’s future. Today, it has announced Jurassic Park: The Game on 360 will be released on disc.

A digital distribution publisher which focuses on episodic gaming, Telltale will be releasing the full season of Jurassic Park on Xbox 360 this fall.

The PC and Mac versions were recently delayed into fall to coincide with the console launches, but we’re going to assume, until Telltale gets back with us, that just the 360 version will contain the full season and the other versions will be released episodically. Our reasoning, is because of the firm’s history of issues with XBL.

The press release didn’t state whether or not the PS3 version would also be released on disc or not, as the press release focuses pretty much entirely on the Xbox 360 version.

Hopefully, someone will get back with us soon.

I’d imagine by the fact that they are refunding everyone who bought the season pass thing that they are not doing JP as an episodic game.

That is what I assumed as well, but I still mailed for clarification because, well, just because I am not all knowing (unfortunately). :D

Do we know if we’ll be playing the role of an inquisitive, yet grumpy T-Rex to solve his dilemma of being a hungry hungry dinosaur?

Or do we play as stupid meat puppet people?
