Capcom has announced the next installment in the Mega Man Legends series: Mega Man Legends 3: Prototype Version.
Available as a download, Mega Man Legends 3: Prototype Version will be a launch title when Nintendo eShop opens for business on 3DS.
Developed with fan contributions, Prototype Version is the first taste of the open-world action/adventure game, which lets fans see the development process. It also introduces a new character to the franchise, the leader of a sky biker gang, Barrett.
Once players have completed core missions, they will receive access to areas of the game not yet finished, as well as a debug menu that gives with special moves and abilities.
Players can then let their voices be heard by heading to dev room on Capcom Unity and interact with the development team and help further the game.
